The Eldritch Bazaar may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary. We encourage visitors to review the most current event information or contact the store when confirmation is important.

Game names, logos, artwork, product names, character names, and other trademarks or copyrighted materials belonging to publishers, manufacturers, artists, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Accessibility Statement

The Eldritch Bazaar wants our website and our gaming community to be welcoming and usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including individuals with disabilities.

Our Commitment

We aim to improve the accessibility and usability of our website over time and to consider accessibility when making meaningful changes to website content, navigation, design, and functionality.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Websites, browsers, assistive technologies, third-party services, and accessibility practices continue to evolve, and occasional accessibility issues may occur.

Accessibility Features

Where reasonably possible, our website is designed with accessibility considerations such as:

  • Clear navigation and readable page structure
  • Sufficient contrast between primary text and backgrounds
  • Responsive layouts intended to work across phones, tablets, and desktop devices
  • Descriptive text and headings that help organize content
  • Keyboard-accessible standard links and controls where supported
  • Alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate

Third-Party Content

Some portions of the website may contain embedded content or functionality provided by third parties, such as Google Calendar, maps, social media services, or other external tools.

Because those services are developed and controlled by third parties, we may not be able to control every aspect of their accessibility.

Need Assistance?

If you experience difficulty accessing information on this website, please contact us. Tell us what page or information you were trying to access and, when possible, the type of difficulty you encountered.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information through an alternative method or address website accessibility concerns where practicable.

Feedback is useful. If something on the website is difficult to read, navigate, understand, or use with assistive technology, please let us know.

Policy 04

Event Guidelines

The Eldritch Bazaar hosts and promotes tabletop gaming, card gaming, tournaments, organized play, gatherings, and other community events. These general guidelines are intended to help keep events welcoming, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

Event Information

Event listings may include information such as dates, start times, entry requirements, formats, capacity, prizes, registration instructions, and other details.

Event-specific information published for a particular event should be considered together with these general guidelines. Some events may have additional rules established by a game publisher, tournament organizer, sanctioning program, or event host.

Schedule Changes & Cancellations

Event schedules may occasionally change. Events may be modified, postponed, relocated, or canceled because of participation levels, staffing, weather, organizer availability, store operations, or other circumstances.

When possible, significant changes will be communicated through the store, website, social media, calendar, or other available channels.

Registration & Capacity

Certain events may have limited seating or require advance registration. Participation may be available on a first-come basis or according to the registration process stated for that event.

Registration does not necessarily guarantee continued participation if a participant violates applicable event rules or these conduct guidelines.

Arrival & Participation

Participants should make reasonable efforts to arrive before an event's posted start time. Late arrivals may be admitted when practical, but tournament structure, pairings, capacity, or organizer requirements may limit our ability to add participants after an event begins.

Community Conduct

We want The Eldritch Bazaar to be a place where people can enjoy games together regardless of experience level. Participants, spectators, and guests are expected to treat one another, store staff, organizers, and the premises with reasonable respect.

Conduct that may result in a warning, removal from an event, or removal from the premises includes:

  • Threats, intimidation, or physical aggression
  • Harassment or targeted abusive behavior
  • Deliberate cheating or manipulation of tournament results
  • Theft or intentional damage to another person's property or store property
  • Repeatedly disrupting an event or preventing others from reasonably participating
  • Refusing reasonable instructions from store staff or an event organizer concerning safety, conduct, or event operation

Staff and event organizers may use reasonable judgment when addressing situations that are not specifically described above.

Game & Tournament Rules

Players are responsible for following the rules, formats, deck requirements, equipment requirements, or other participation requirements stated for the applicable event.

Organized-play or sanctioned events may also be subject to the current rules and policies of the applicable publisher or tournament organization.

Event organizers or judges may make gameplay and tournament rulings when necessary to conduct an event.

Prizes

If an event includes prizes, the applicable prize structure may be described in the event listing or announced by the organizer. Prize structures may depend on attendance, event format, publisher support, or other event-specific factors when clearly communicated to participants.

Minors

Some events may be appropriate for younger players. Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether a particular game or event is appropriate for a minor in their care.

An event may have specific age, supervision, eligibility, or participation requirements when such requirements are stated in the event information or required by the applicable organizer or publisher.

Personal Property

Players are responsible for keeping track of their own cards, decks, miniatures, books, dice, electronics, bags, and other personal property.

We encourage participants to clearly identify valuable gaming materials and avoid leaving personal belongings unattended.

Trading & Transactions Between Guests

Any person-to-person trade or exchange between customers is the responsibility of the individuals involved and must comply with store rules and applicable law.

The Eldritch Bazaar may restrict activity that disrupts store operations, creates safety concerns, or conflicts with store policies.

Respect the Space

Please help us keep gaming areas clean and usable. Participants should dispose of trash appropriately, protect tables and store property, and follow reasonable store rules concerning food, drinks, equipment, and use of the gaming space.

Questions About an Event?

If you are unsure about registration, event format, age suitability, required materials, scheduling, or another event detail, contact the store before the event and we will do our best to clarify it.
